Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for placing your order with PetLab Group Limited (doing business as “PetLabCo.”). We appreciate your trust in supporting your pet’s wellbeing.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as required by applicable law. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) after the order has shipped for you to receive it.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.  Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PetLabCo. relies on third-party carriers for delivery and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. At PetLabCo., we offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. Please see Sections 20 and 21 of our Terms & Conditions of Sales for more information regarding our Returns Procedure and your Withdrawal Rights.

In addition to your above-mentioned right to withdraw, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchase of Joint Care Chews under our “Money Back Guarantee”.

Why do we offer a money-back guarantee?

In addition to our regular standard Returns Policy, PetLabCo. offers a 60-Day, 100% Money-Back Guarantee on Joint Care Chews (the “Guarantee”). If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Joint Care Chews, you may request a refund within sixty (60) calendar days of the date of delivery of your first qualifying order.

Requirements:

  • Applies to Joint Care Chews purchases made in April 2025 or after;
  • Applies only to first-time purchasers of Joint Care Chews in the United Kingdom;
  • Limited to one (1) claim per customer or household;
  • Covers up to two (2) qualifying Joint Care Chews orders placed by the same customer;
  • Applies only to purchases made directly through https://www.petlabco.co.uk/;
  • Does not apply to purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party retailers;
  • Refund requests must be submitted within sixty (60) calendar days of delivery of the first qualifying order;
  • The 60-day period does not reset with replacement or subsequent subscription shipments;
  • We may request return of any unused and sealed units in accordance with our standard RMA procedure;
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

PetLabCo. reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, resale activity, or misuse of this Guarantee. This Guarantee may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases at any time.

If you have indicated that your order is a gift for someone, we will endeavour to get it delivered to you ASAP as we process them in our systems within 24 hours of receiving the order from you!

However, we have found that some delivery times can take slightly longer than expected! If your package is arriving late, please be patient! It will be worth the wait.
